Returns and Exchanges.

We want you to love your Bloomy as much as we do! If something’s not quite right, here’s how we can help.

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if your item is faulty, significantly different from the sample or description, not fit for purpose, or doesn’t do what we said it would.

If you believe your umbrella is faulty or has arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us at hello@bloomyumbrelllas.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

If your item is deemed faulty, we’ll cover all shipping costs associated with your return or replacement.

Change of Mind

If you’ve simply changed your mind or ordered the wrong colour, we’re happy to offer you an exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original packaging

  • You cover the return shipping costs

  • You notify us at hello@bloomyumbrellas.com before returning your item

Please note: We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at hello@bloomyumbrellas.com with your order number and reason for return

  2. We’ll provide return instructions and a return address

  3. Package your item securely and post it back to us (you’ll need to cover postage for change-of-mind returns)

Processing Times

Once we receive your return, please allow 3–5 business days for inspection. Approved refunds or credits will be processed promptly.
